Imagining real estate for all

IMAGINING REAL ESTATE FOR ALL

WORKING FOR APPEALING, AFFORDABLE URBAN DIVERSITY

Vibrant cities are multifaceted and welcoming, helping people make connections. Nexity adheres to this model for each and every one of its projects. Nexity believes the cities of the future must be inclusive and diverse. Thanks to its diverse business lines and solutions, the Group is able to create mixed-use spaces at every level of the city (floors, buildings and neighbourhoods). It devises modular living spaces and workspaces, offering flexible layout solutions and shared rooms in residential buildings, specific office space offerings, and intermediate spaces that fall between office and home. The Group’s goal is to build more and better. It does this by favouring urban density to make housing affordable as well as by helping institutional investors move back into resilient and flexible residential real estate. It makes housing a driver of inclusion by thinking up solutions for everyone, including the most vulnerable populations. Lastly, it combines increased output with a constant concern for the quality of facilities, incorporating into its projects shared spaces and outdoor living spaces that showcase vegetation. This approach forms part of the Group’s low-carbon trajectory.
