DENSITY AND NATURE

It really is possible to strike a balance between housing supply and natural resources, as Nexity is proving with an innovative project for the new Laugiers ZAC eco-district. The project maintains and develops the historical network of canals used to irrigate cultivated plots of land so as to revitalise agricultural activity. A pedestrian walkway, soft mobility and smart management of building height: these various factors combine to create a pleasant living environment while meeting the need for new housing.
